If PURRBIT is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the product price of your order, even if it has been opened. One money-back refund per customer.

To start a refund, reply to your order confirmation email with your order number. We confirm by email and refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days after approval.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
